Olancho
Manuel, a farmer from Olancho, Honduras, seeks fame by making music for the region’s drug cartels. When some of his song lyrics get him in trouble, Manuel must make the most difficult decision of his life: continue the quest for fame, or flee.

*FILMMAKER IN ATTENDANCE* A seemingly-ordinary woman is clearly having an un-ordinary day. On a harrowing journey to her hometown paint store she collides with two old “friends” and must endure the painstaking task of traversing the aisles while the women remind her of what she ran from all those years ago. She is searching for something among the paint thinner and drop cloths, something unnamed, unknown, but redemptive. She’s not sure exactly what it is, but she’s pretty sure she’ll know it when she finds it. Then what? Can she handle the task that must be done? Her life may depend on it.
