Code of Conduct
At the Capital City Film Festival (CCFF), we believe in fostering a community built on kindness and respect. This Code of Conduct is applicable to anyone participating in CCFF events, including but not limited to, staff, volunteers, artists, press, party guests, and attendees at all venues associated, directly or indirectly, with CCFF.
To maintain a welcoming and safe environment, we reserve the right to revoke festival access without prior notice or refund for any individual found violating the following guidelines:
Expected Behavior
• Exhibit kindness and respect towards everyone.
• Comply with requests from our volunteers and staff members.
• Stop disruptive behavior immediately upon request.
• Consume alcohol responsibly.
• Follow all local and state public health guidelines. Guidelines may change at any time, and we may introduce new protocols based on local responses and leadership decisions. If you are unwell, please stay home.
Unacceptable Behavior
• Engaging in fighting, assault, taunting, intimidation, or threats.
• Participating in harassment, discrimination, or any form of inconsiderate or vulgar behavior.
• Displaying or carrying any type of weapon.
• Indecent exposure.
• Using abusive or foul language, or making obscene gestures.
• Disrupting films or events.
Refund Policy
Violations of this Code of Conduct or failure to comply with our safety guidelines will lead to immediate removal without a refund. For volunteers, non-compliance may result in termination from volunteer duties and revocation of festival access.
