Black Water

Film Synopsis

Jenn appears to be a normal teenage girl. Unknown to her friends, she has a disorder that causes her to pull out most of her hair. She hides it from the world through a daily ritual of putting on black hair powder each morning. One day at a high school graduation pool party, she is pushed into the pool and her hair powder comes off. Now that her true self is out, she must choose between continuing to hide who she is in order to appear “normal”, or embracing her true self.
