Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, Nate Eberhardt is a multi-talented artist whose musical journey spans over a decade. Seamlessly bridging genres from post-punk to hip-hop, Nate’s work reflects a deep well of influences and an undeniable talent for innovation.
His latest EP, Doors of Perception, is a striking showcase of his production and songwriting prowess. Rooted in Afro-Futurism, the album explores the intersections of the African diaspora’s rich history and a bold, forward-thinking vision of the future. Each track is a powerful expression of Nate’s ability to transcend societal and artistic boundaries, redefining what black artistry can represent within the post-punk space and beyond.
With Doors of Perception, Nate invites listeners on a transformative journey of expanding consciousness. The title itself hints at his mission: breaking free from limitations while honoring the legacy of his ancestors. Through his music, Nate celebrates history, innovation, and the universal resonance of human creativity. This is more than an album—it’s a testament to an artist who is unafraid to forge his own path and reimagine the possibilities of sound and storytelling.
The Blueprint
Formed in the summer of 2021, The Blueprint is a party concept that encourages and promotes freedom, fun and displays of communal connection through music and dance. “She” is the embodiment of joy & the magical work that happens when three black women come together under a shared vision. Through our work and dedication to uplifting black femme & queer spaces, The Blueprint aims to shed light on all of the music makers who’ve come before us and who’ll come after. The music heard from The Blueprint represents Detroit’s electronic roots in an unique way. In this space, each artist is given the range and safety to do and play whatever they feel. No rules, no boundaries
Over the past almost 2 years, we’ve programmed almost 30 artists across 50 hours of party time and slowly but surely built a homebase with the support of the staff of The UFO Factory. Today, The Blueprint is a bi-monthly event but we hope for it to expand and become a container for even more music sharing methods.
