Rinbossanova x CCFF Present: All Dolled Up ft. MotherCell and moistbreezy

Internet pop-star moistbreezy has been a consistent presence and known entity in both the NYC dance music scene and the online “hyperpop” community, having released tracks across a spectrum of sounds for over half a decade. Known for a distinct visual style, the world-building artist pairs her self-produced projects with vibrant artworks and videos she creates herself. Her latest mixtape “Breezy,” a 10-track sonic oasis of vocal-forward and hook-heavy songs with sharp pop production, was named one of Dazed’s “6 Albums to Hear This Week” and made it onto PopCrush’s “25 Best Albums of 2020” list, proving that the DIY sensation can hold her own amongst pop’s heavy-hitters.

MOTHER CELL was founded in the Fall of 2019 in NYC.

Influenced by music such as M.I.A., SOPHIE, Emily Montes, Felix da Housecat, Fischerspooner, Michael Stipe, Ultravox, Crystal Castles, Atari Teenage Riot, and Arca, each member has also been involved in political organizing in various capacities, ranging from political organizing in art spaces, to documenting protests, to organizing to fight foreclosures. These experiences within organizing spaces have influenced their positions on politics and identity, inevitably helping to shape the band as well.
